I’m Dr. Allison Carlson — chiropractor, athlete, coach and mom of four competitive kids. As someone who grew up immersed in gymnastics, softball, and endurance sports, I know firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level. These days, my life revolves around the soccer fields, softball diamonds, and track meets — and I’ve seen a growing need in our community:
Young athletes need more than just talent and training.
They need space to grow, support to recover, and the tools to thrive.
That’s Why I Created The Training Zone
Born out of my love for movement and passion for performance, The Training Zone is a sports facility designed to meet the real needs of today’s athletes. It’s not just about getting reps—it’s about training smart, recovering right, and building a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
